By placing an order with Al Fattah Perfume you agree to the following terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; you will be refunded in full.

Inspired fragrances

Some products are original compositions inspired by third-party fragrances. Any brand names mentioned are used for scent comparison only, are trademarks of their respective owners, and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

Delivery and risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report damage within 7 days.

Liability

Perfume contains alcohol and fragrance oils. Keep away from children, flame and eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
