What we collect

• Contact and delivery details you enter at checkout (name, phone, email, address).
• Account details if you register (email, name, a securely hashed password).
• Messages you send through the contact form or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, respond to enquiries, send order confirmations, and — only if you opt in — occasional newsletters. We never sell your data.

Payments

Orders are currently paid by cash on delivery, so we do not collect any card details. When online payment is introduced it will be handled by a licensed payment provider, and card numbers will never be stored on our servers.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us.
