Delivery across the UAE

We ship to all seven emirates. Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day; delivery takes 2–4 working days depending on the emirate.

• Complimentary delivery on orders over AED 200
• Cash on delivery available on every order

International orders

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. GCC delivery is coming soon — join the newsletter to be notified.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost. Because perfume is a hygiene product we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
